I recently started my Facebook page where I create videos talking about history. I'm not interested in Facebook stars but I got a notification when I reached 1k followers that I'm not eligible for Stars because my content violates the Facebook Partner Monetization Polices.

I have 2 questions. The first one, do you know a way to chat with a live Facebook agent or send them an email because I want to know what policies I violated? The second question is, if I'm ineligible for Facebook Stars, does this mean that when I would be ineligible for monetization in the future too?
