Fawn stopped eating

I have a fawn that is about 6 weeks old. He is bottle fed and has been eating grass. Everything has been been good/normal so far. Yesterday he stopped eating. He won’t take the bottle and doesn’t graze on the grass anymore. I fed him late one night, and the next morning all of this started. He will drink a little bit of water out of a bowl. I just don’t know what to do now. I can put the bottle of milk in his mouth and squeeze a little bit of milk in there but it’s just enough to wet his mouth. He needs more.

I’m assuming he is just not feeling well. Maybe, an upset stomach or something. Idk. He does grind his teeth and it’s makes a sound like he’s chewing on something. I don’t recall him making a sound before when he did that. Has anyone experienced this before with a fawn or any ideas on what I can try now?
