Guardianship - the odds?

Does anyone know what the odds are in terms of getting sponsored? Are you only able to get sponsored by someone from your country? I’ve been in the raffle for four months now, but still haven’t had success. It honestly feels a bit defeating, especially reading posts from people getting lucky in their first attempt, so I was wondering if I’m doing something wrong.

Also: Thank you so much to all the awesome guardians out there. I hope I’ll be in a financial position to give back someday. I really love the app, and it’s making my life so much easier.
