My first time in the flight levels!
Flew from KOXR to KCRQ this morning, and then KCRQ to KSDL. The winds aloft were kickin’, so I decided to finally put my T182T to work and get up to FL190. I wish I could post more images… actually being PIC up so high is truly majestic. It’s just you and the whole horizon and sky right in front of you. With a 51-knot tailwind at 160 knots TAS, I hit a near-constant 211 knots GS. It made the flight to Scottsdale go by way quicker. The oxygen mask is quite cumbersome, though.
