Solo game thast like an MMO

Hey fellow gamers,

So I am one of those weirdos that loves playing MMOs solo. My favourite is Guild Wars 2, I love exploring this beautiful world, do crafting and open world group content. But it still irks me a bit that I cant see everything this game has to offer ( which is fine, its an MMO after all.) So a solo game thats similar to that would alomst be my perfect game. I know that Kingdoms of Amalur is often recommended for that, as well as Dragon Age Inquisition, although that misses the crafting. Maybe you guys knoww of any other games that qould scratch that itch, something lesser known?
