Games with lots of mentally ill characters

Hi guys~

I really love stories set in the world where it is common to have some serious mental issues, like being a psychopath, being dellusional, coping with ptsd or strong depression, having multiple personalities... Games where one can really explore some interesting psychology topics. My ideal is Vampyr where practically every character has unique mental health problems, which makes all the dialoques, missions etc much much more interesting.

Could you please recommend a game with lots of such content?
