Intermediate golf club set in Australia

Hi All,

Does anyone have any advice on sets of golf clubs I could buy as an intermediate golfer in Australia?

I will definitely be getting fitted for all clubs but would like to look around after that. On that, has anyone had good experiences anywhere getting fitted on the Gold Coast in QLD?

I am hoping to get away with spending around 2k but can stretch that out if I need to. I'm hoping to get something that I can hold onto for a while.

Would I be better off trying to find a great set on market place (obviously supply dependent), or buying a decent set brand new?

Any advice or pointers in the right direction would be much appreciated.
