I did a huge mistake

I am an international students applying for chemistry PhD program at NYU. I didn't know that I supposed to wave my right for the LORs is it a major problem I didn't see the LORs, should I contact the admission committee or just leave it till the decisions are out?

I am very depressed and frustrated
