Advice for Grad School Apps [U.S.]

Hello everybody! A little bit about me: I am 17 years old (junior in HS) however, I am enrolled in a special high school on a university campus where we only take college classes. As of right now, I am about half way through my bachelors degree in Psychology. I am set to graduate with my degree Fall of 2026. Of course, it is early to think about grad school applications, but i feel as though it is important to prepare despite my age. I was wondering what the most important aspects are for a psychology masters application (M.A.) Of course, research is very important. Luckily, I am in a research lab where we study infant cognition. However, I have not completed a poster or published anything in a journal. I was wondering if a high level of lab hours will suffice? I have been in the lab for almost a year now. I also wanted to know what other aspects of an application are important so I can get a head start! Thank you.
