Hating Catherine (Season 20)

Is it just me or is Catherine just a rich bully who doesn't know where to show her power? She is overly controlling, does not care about good talent, and will do anything to get her way. Most of the other doctors are better than her, she is not even the best in her field, but she gets to bully everyone and shows no respect for them. I was most surprised at her behavior at surgeons who are also veterans (Teddy and Owen), she should have shown bare minimum respect to their history in serving the country.
