What it's like to work healthcare Guam.

Hello! My fiancé is Chamorro from Saipan and we would love to move to Guam or Saipan for work. I would like to know what it is like to work as a physician on Guam (mainly in the Emergency Room). I saw that there are a couple of hospitals in the area so if anyone works at any of them we would love to know how was your experience. I couldn't see anything on the hospitals for current pay as well so if you are an administrator or HR over there it would be great if I could get some insight. But mostly however we would like to know your experience, my fiancé is very passionate about serving her people and I would love to come and help the community that raised her.
