Buying, Selling, Keeping - How do you decide?

Hi All, I am getting older and starting to thin things out a bit. I opened all my safes and had one of those "I don't shoot or really love a lot of these things" moments. Thinking about going down to a solid core of a few things a shoot often or keep for sentimental reasons. Wondering how you all deal with your collections. Thank you
