Is Episode 76 necessary to watch?

I've just finished episode 75, and I've watched a little bit of episode 76, but I'm not really interested in watching it. I watch the series on youtube and there isn't an English dub. Plus, I want to watch the Champion Road OVR. I know 76 is about Takamura's origins, but I've already heard about it. Should I watch it?
