The upvote button is dulled out

Okay I’m making this post for my friend because she can’t even make a post on here because of her issue and the fact that no one will see it.

But, whenever she posts on a subreddit, her upvote button is immediately filled out which means no one is going to see it. This happens with every single post she makes. No matter what the subreddit is, it happens. She said she’s tried everything and nothing is working.
