Internal hemorrhoids causing pressure, feeling of incomplete urination ?

Hi so there’s been a few time already where I get this pressure on my bottom and vagina/urethra . I also feel like I need to pee more after urinating but I can’t seem to relax enough to urinate . This comes and goes randomly throughout the month . I’ve had many tests and nothing shows up . I was thinking that maybe internal hemorrhoids is what’s causing this . If feels like I’m tightening my bottom without wanting and it’s causing a very uncomfortable feeling .im starting to notice that this occurs when I’m struggling with hemorrhoids. Anyone else with something similar . ?
