What is HotS 2.0?

I've been out of PC gaming for over 10 years and I'm finally getting my gaming notebook in another month.

I decided that I want to get back to HotS and I heard about this HotS 2.0.

Can anyone elaborate what is this 2.0 about and does my favourite Sylvannas mechanic changed over this update?
