Who else is Excited for the 4 Nations tourney?

I was pretty bummed after reading the comments on a similar post a couple days ago. Yeah, I get it: screw the NHL as a product, screw Hockey Canada and all that stuff, I’m with you

But as your average southern Ontario born and raised leafs fan, I’m so jazzed up to watch McDavid, Crosby, Makar, and MacKinnon play on the same team, a team that I’ll be cheering for all the way. And as a bonus, it’ll be in, at least, a semi-competitive environment

Fine its not the Olympics, its not for a gold medal and the outcome won’t mean much to history, but I don’t need that. Your damn right ill be watching the games. Yea I’m pre-emptively warning my partner that whatever valentines plans we want to make, we gotta make sure we can watch the Can-USA game Saturday night. This may all be considered a gimmick buts it’s a gimmick I am looking forward to watching
