Help me, help my plants

I recieved the two jades, in their current pots, last year. They were sickly but have done quite well and are bushing out nicely.

But their pots are huge and heavy. They spend the summer outdoors so I need them to be a little easier to move about.

I've seen big jades in small pots. Is that OK and are any of the empty pots appropriate? Beer for scale.

Same question for my aloe, would it be happy in the pot above it?

The disc on top is my jade nursery from the trimming of my babies. I can't wait for the spring plant swap!
