Hi anyone knows what this fine words mean?

I have bought tickets from szentendre to go to Budapest as a tourist but looks like purchased the wrong ticket (although I bought the same ones in the morning from Budapest to szentendre and the warden was ok with it!). The tickets I purchased are in fact more expensive than the ideal one but still got fined without understanding the context.

Technically, Look I know I am in the wrong for purchasing wrong ticket, however, when the ticket warden mentioned this ticket was fine in the morning, how else are we supposed to know that the same on the way back is not ok? Any help in deciphering the Hungarian text on the images is super helpful!

I have already written a mail to reconsider the fine to BKK but still curious what the text on the image says!
