Location

Anybody know how I can make my phone location pause or stay in one place without it saying no location found? I have coworkers and few family members stalking my whereabouts on the way to work and on my lunch break. I just want to be left alone during that 30 minutes. it’s frustrating. & I don’t want them to get an alert that I turned it off. TIA
