Why my cb200x is making such noise

Today when I started by bike in the morning , hardly I have moved 50m the engine started making some weird noise . I stopped immediately and kill the engine using kill switch and turn the power by turning off the keys . But as soon as I turned the key on the bike engine started , while the kill switch was still engaged and without ignition. But after turning the bike off and than on using the key my bike started working normally . I have a short ride on sat and I am worried
