About my train journey experience...
Since my vacations were over and therefore I'd to go back to my university but unfortunately my train ticket got canceled at the very end moment. Booked another ticket with RAC status and it got confirmed to 3A SL which made me happy for a while.
On the journey date, I got to know that the Tran got rescheduled by 2 hours, reached my station 3 hours late, boarded the train and I slept after that (it was 12am). At 3 am, a passenger came and requested me to shift to the Upper Berth since she has two kids with her and it would be risky for her to sleep in the UB. Unwillingly, I accepted that and went to the upper berth thinking that it would be safe there since I've my laptop and other valuable belongings with me.
Woke up next day and got to know that the train is running 5 hrs late. Went down and asked that lady I would like to sit her but she resisted and said "I've two kids you please stay in your upper berth" which piised me for real but i controlled myself and I went back to my berth to take another sleep but nevertheless I could just because those two kids were just an abomination, creating an absolute ruckus inside the train. Her mother has zero, literally ZERO civic sense to control that two monkeys that were creating such a pain in that entire coach. After having an hour of sleep, I saw that a dude was sitting with her on my LB seat, getting to know that he was her husband. My patience broke and I said "please leave my seat I'll be seating here from now, if you are having problem then you're free to go to the upper berth" and that dude said in a laughing tone "aap thora us seat pe jake baithiye mai thori der bad chala jaunga" but that thori der never came. Those two kids made a literal fuss inside the train, dirtying the seats and shouting like he'll. I went out and made friend with the coach manager and enjoyed the Haflpng route view from the door.
Finally I reached my destination Silchar after a whooping delay of 9 hours, one heck of a train experience I'd till date. Below are some of the pictures that I took in the hilly routes of North Eastern Frontier Railways, enjoy.
