Hacks For My 1st 10K
Hi. I'm trying out the 10K Open at TMM 2025, coming from Bangalore.
I'm a gym rat who also has a good footing in cardio. Jog 5kms daily.
Was wondering to understand hydration hacks from experienced runners. Seen a few people here speak about Hydro Hype, which I use during gym.
Is it a good option for marathon hydration? What else do you guys use?
