Are transcripts services in India Legit?

Hello. I have recently lost my B.A Degree certificate from IGNOU and applied for a duplicate one more than a month ago. Till now I haven't been able to reach them through their contact numbers I found on the internet because all of them get cut before even dialing. Sent a few emails, still no response from them. Went to my Regional Center and the head of department sent an official mail and that one too isn't getting any replies. I can't even find a digital copy on Digilocker because they passing year is too old. It was from 2017.

So, I've decided to seek help of transcripts services providers to track down the status of my Certificate. Currently, working with Wold Document Services (WDS). The process for the most part is looking like it's legit. However, I've seen many negative reviews about most transcript services like "Worldwide Transcripts", "Facts Transcripts", etc. about how they charge you money at first and disappear without a trace. WDS has not asked me any money yet as I am in the initial stages of the process. But, I would like to know if anyone has used such services to obtain a document or should I avoid them.

Please, if anyone can provide me any information about any other options available for me in my situation, it will be really helpful. I urgently need my Certificate for a visa approval of a job opportunity abroad and it feels like the chance of getting it is slipping away.
