Strange look creature in bathroom sink

when i was taking a bath i saw a small creature about 1-2 cm that look abit like a hammerhead worm and also some tiny black partical i assume is dirt , in a bit of panic i use the faucet to water it down to the sink drain,
i heard it skin is toxic and such, should i throughoutly clean the sink surface?
