Is it haram to wish someone extreme punishment in Jahannam/hell?

Salamu'alaikum. I am extremely upset right now after reading a case over two lives taken in such an extreme, inhumane, and brutal manner by an animal called "Semih Celik" from Turkey. I fantasize about the tortures coming the bastard's way, and wish him Jahannam, if Allah wills it, but I am afraid that what I'm doing is also haram.

I am marking this post NSFW for the case has extreme violence present in it which I unfortunately saw before it got taken down.
