g13 isb street vendor speakers are killing me

First its the fruit/veg wala then its the challi wala then its the pressure cooker ke handle wala then its the gol gappey wala then its the gattey ke dabbey wala

It never fuckings ends 9:30 to 5

Who can I complain to?! FGEHA never picks up the phone. How do I get them off my street and in to the markaz instead

Update: I called the police and they come right away to tell the vendors off. After calling 15 two officers came and they gave me a number to call specifically when the vendors are here. I call the specific number and the police man responds straight away.

Also I just wanted to point out that no one should ever deter you from filing a noise complaint because you have legal right to a peaceful residential area under the

PUNJAB REGULATION AND CONTROL OF LOUDSPEAKERS AND SOUND AMPLIFIERS ORDINANCE, 1965.

1. Restriction on the use of loudspeakers, etc.- (1) No person shall operate or use or cause to be operated or used a loudspeaker or a sound amplifier:- (a) in a public place, in a manner so as to cause or to be likely to cause annoyance or injury to persons residing in any residential locality; or (b) in any place in the proximity of- (i) a place of worship during prayer times; ii) a hospital providing facilities for indoor patients at any time of the day or night; iii) an educational institution, a court, a hospital not providing facilities for indoor patients or any other public institution, office or undertaking during their usual working hours at a volume or in a manner whereby the working or the use of such place of worship, hospital, educational institution, court, or other public institution, office or undertaking is likely to be disturbed by the use or operation of such loudspeaker or sound amplifier;
