Issues with purchasing Smartlink card
I went to reload my Smartlink card and purchased the 7 day plan. The charge went through but, the machine had an error message and I wasn’t given the option to tap my Smartlink card to get the reload. This happened to me yesterday and again this morning. I was charged both times. Should I dispute the charge with my bank or call Path customer service for assistance? I’m out $80 at this point. I would like to know which is more effective in getting my money back.
