I was recently fired after reporting harassment / racism

Hi everyone, I’ll keep this as concise as possible

The facts - I submitted a formal complaint to HR about someone being a bully, racist against Hispanics and harassing another employee in August 2024. October 2024, I get a written warning for punching out for lunch at the wrong time, originally being accused of stealing time and threatened with being fired on the spot. Up until that point, I punched out this way almost every day since 2023 with no problem. My manager approved my time cards every pay period with no issue ever brought up. Other employees also did the same thing and had zero disciplinary action taken against them. Then last week i got told don’t come into the office because I’m being terminated over being tardy by a few minutes weeks ago. The racist bully still works there with multiple cases of gross misconduct on her record from multiple employees (former and current). I was the only Latino in that part of the building, every other employee in my immediate work area was white/non Hispanic. I feel this is a case for wrongful termination / retaliation.
