Converting to galley and wondering where to put the sink

Going to tear out the wall with the fridge and make a larger gallery kitchen. The sink peninsula is on a 60" wall between an exterior door (to the garage) and this large window which isn't enough space for both the sink and dishwasher with proper working space around the sink.

Curious what folks would recommend? Move everything to the same side as stove and shuffle the fridge onto the 60" wall was my first thought.
