Tip: if your interchangeable needles aren't screwing on smoothly, turn back before *you* are completely screwed xD
Didn't use the "carpenter's trick" someone once taught me: turn the wrong way (as if loosening) until you hear a click or tick before actually screwing something on. Classic case of "do as I say not as I do" đ
It didn't feel completely right but I thought I could get it there. Turns out I was wrong! Even put in the freezer hoping the metal would shrink a bit to get it loose again. You can see in the photo how much good that did me! đ
After concluding it was completely ruined, still kept going for a while to see if I could get it loose for the principle of the thing.
RIP my 3.50mm KnitPro Zing and 80cm cable. You won't be missed, I've already ordered replacements.
