Are south Korean familiar with lousiana culture?

Im full blood cajun born and raised lousiana. And a few years back i remembered BRTs had a cajun dipping sauce at mcdonalds. ( it was good. I mean it tasted exactly like if nobody went to lousiana and just was told how we like food with never trying it tasted like) I was happy that a Korean intety had a sauce that payed hommage to my small community. Cause I love south korea and I was happy that south korea loves me too.

But spoiler alert not a huge one on squid game 2. There was a madi gras reference in the 1st episode. And got exited! They do madigras?!?! So we call asians down here asian cajuns cause it's a cool ring to it. So this Friday I hope on my tutor session and start asking about Madi gras. And she's looked confused didn't know what it is and never seen anyone celebrate it. But I asked her if you knew what cajuns were. And she said yes. But i wonder what Koreans think cajun is and who we are. Or is it somthing completely different and they used madigras costumes and decoration without knowing what it is.

So I guess I wanna know what do Koreans think and know of the following Cajuns Madigras Couchon de lait Creoles Gumbo Boudin And do you like cajun music?
