Does anyone here prefer PHPUnit to Pest?

I've been trying out Pest for a few months now, and I can't say that I'm a fan. I feel like any time I need to do something remotely complicated, the PHPUnit style actually looks cleaner than Pest to me.

I've got a number of gripes, some bigger than others, but I feel like due to Pest's insistence on being "the elegant testing framework", anything that would have looked better in PHPUnit is a major strike against that credo.

I know that PHPUnit tests still work within Pest, but I feel like that's more in spirit of adopting Pest, and not the vision that Pest has in mind.
