Question regarding prestige points

Hi,

I was wondering what would happen if one were to get all the necessary points for prestige aatrox right now (using bundles). What would the future points that we earn ( through new bundles/free methods riot will introduce) be for? Will there be some chest/gemstone exchange or can we use these prestige points for next year's prestige skin?
