Place of work has minors serving alcoholic beverages.

The restaurant I work for in Nevada has 18 to 20-year-old staff serving alcohol. On top of that, the majority of the staff has no health cards or TAM cards. Apparently, this has been going on for years and no one has done anything about it. I brought it up and they brushed me off. Employees have been working sick. What can I do or expect? Should I report it? If so, would I get in any legal problems with the establishment? Thanks in advance.
