Cycle Interrupted

I unboxed my litter robot 4 last night and I see my cats were using it - but, about exactly 1 minute after the clean cycle starts, there was a cycle interruption notification. There were many more notifications, I just screenshotted a section of the night. I find it hard to believe my cat re-entered/put weight on the unit after the beginning of every clean cycle throughout the night. And exactly one minute after each time. If I manually start a clean cycle, there is no cycle interruption.

Also - both issues I’ve had so far have resulted in support offering me to send a new one….what happens after my warranty is up in a year and I encounter a problem that troubleshooting doesn’t fix (both of my issues so far and it’s brand new) ? One of the issues was that the motor came detached and I actually told the support person I was on Reddit and wanted to try to see if the motor was unattached and he helped me through that. But before that, very quick to send me a brand new unit. Just afraid that when my warranty is up, every issue that is mildly complicated and not resolved by troubleshooting will result them saying I need new parts or something. Is this a money trap? Thanks!
