How Should We Proceed With The Conservation Of Javan Rhinos?

About 26 or so Javan Rhinos were poached in recent years, as most of us have probably read by now.

Going forward, what new measures should be undertaken to conserve and expand the Javan Rhino population? Do we think they are in the same spot as the Sumatran Rhino, or in a worse/better situation? At least the Sumatran Rhinos have had three births since 2022, plus they have the Sanctuary. But there is no Javan Rhino sanctuary. A sanctuary might even be counterproductive perhaps? Since their genetic diversity might lessen even more? Then again, they already are in the same overall area.

Anybody who knows more about the Javan Rhino situation, that can give their insight on what should be done?
