Alternatives that honor “Rita”

Our first son’s middle name (Sam) honors both sides of the family. We’re expecting a girl soon and the name that would best honor both sides in a meaningful way is Rita. But I really don’t love that name. What are some alternatives (besides Margarita) that are similar?
