Is Squirt a bad name?

I recently adopted a dog 9 months old, named Squirt. My husband thinks the name is cute, I do not because all I can think of is the sexual meaning. I’ve been calling her Squirtle instead, but idk. Am I overthinking? Is Squirt an okay name? Both sound like silly names to me but I can’t convince my husband otherwise.

ETA I brought the name up to coworkers and they all had bad reactions, so this is where my judgment is getting clouded.
