What can I do to help my sailors?

CO has lost his damn mind. I’m going to try to keep this vague while still provide details of the extreme nature of what is happening on my ship.

-0530-2000 work day on a good day -randomly decides to make everyone sleep on board. we never know if it’s going to be one day or multiple days. -told to “figure it the fuck out” when asked about what we should do with animals/children/deployed spouses -over two dozen IG complaints have been made with no consequences -multiple suicidal ideations and active attempts have occurred without the proper steps being taken to help those sailors. a couple of heroic (IMO) members of the ship have literally saved some lives when they found out about what was going on -currently no XO on board due to the billet being gapped

I could provide so many more examples, but they would be disclosing more personal details and identifying information. What more can be done? I’m about to lose my mind holding it all together, but my sailors deserve so much better than the truly abusive situation they’re in.
