What doctor do I go to?

Hi! I’m 19 years old and have never burped. I always thought it was just kinda funny but now that I’m in college I literally cannot drink a seltzer without inflating like a balloon and being in constant pain. I brought this up to my general physician and she just basically said “that’s weird, but I don’t really burp either”. I have the throat gurgles and all the other symptoms that people have described on here. Do I go to see an ENT or a gastroenterologist? I’m in Chicago and would love any recs. Thanks!
