I was trying to convert my savings account to NRO account online with ICICI but the only address proofs they are accepting is passport and driving license - I dont have both. Any idea how to fix this? I am currently in UK.

Edit: Apologies for being little vague in the title. I just typed it out in anxiety. They are asking for address proof for UK. I do have an Indian passport. They are asking for address proof in UK and only accepting UK passport (or Indian passport with uk address mentioned) or driving license. I dont have both.

I came to know from my friend that if we dont convert savings account to NRI in which we sending money home, the government can fine you 2 lakhs rupees. I tried to convert and I am stuck here.
