Both used: 3080 ti or 4070 ti super?

I have a 5600 cpu that probably needs updating and a dust old gpu.

I want a good pc to play VR games of my pc for my quest 3.

I’m looking to buy the gpu of eBay.

What shall I go for ? 3080 ti or 4070 ti super? Or any other suggestions ? 4070 ti super is like £750 and 3080ti is around £480?
