What’s the deal with the Vintera Jaguar with 2 Humbuckers?

I was having a lot of trouble choosing between a Jmascis Jazzmaster and Jaguar. I found myself wanting both jangly, surfy, beautiful, clear sounding Jag tones OR the JMJM, hotter, more rocking, better for making BIG shoegaze sounds, better neck etc.

Just saw that there is a shop about an hour away from me that has this Vintera Modified Jaguar with 2 humbuckers. I’ve played plenty of single coil jags, but what’s it going to sound like with the humbuckers? Will I still get that signature jangly Jaguar sound? Will I still be able to make those ethereal beautiful dreamy sounds that so many have made with Jags?

Basically, is it still going to sound like a jag? Or is it something else at this point?

I know I’ll be able to rock the fuck out on it. I’m sure it will be good for heavy shoegaze.

I guess I’m wondering, will this be a, sort of middle ground, between a jangly jag and a heavy shoegaze/punk rock machine?

Or nah?
