Organizing content with free, paid, and promotional socials

I have a free, paid, and obviously do promo on social media accounts.

how do yall organize what’s been posted to different platforms? or do you do different content for all accounts?

my paid page has exclusive stuff that won’t be posted on the free page or any promo pages, but there’s some things i’ll post and free and paid and some things i’ll post on all three, any recommendations for how to keep all these organized?
