Primer to use for already painted cabinets

Hello,

Planning on painting cabinets that are already have latex paint on them. The latex paint is in good condition, just dislike the color. I've got them degreased and went over lightly with 220 grit sandpaper. I am planning on using SW Emerald Urethane - Should I use primer/what primer should I pick?
