Horrible wifi

I just got a pc, and the wifi is absolutely horrible. All my other devices do just fine, but i try to use my pc and it is either super slow, or just doesn’t even work. I ran a test, and my download speed was 0.30 Mbps. Idek what to do or why this is happening, can somebody help?
