New system with high input lag

Hello, i just got new parts and assembled my pc with a 4070S, 7 7800x3d, 990 pro 2tb, kingston fury beast 2x16gb 6000mhz ddr5 ram, rm750 corsair and a Arctic liquid freezer III cooler. (AND YES THESE PARTS ARE REAL)

I assembled the system and everything seems fine. Tested the cpu, ram, ssd, gpu.

But sometimes when im downloading games or updating my game starts having extremely high delay input times, im meaning that its in seconds. Same thing happens when an ad plays on youtube, or my spotify switches songs.

Sometimes happens when watching youtube (no ads). But is a minimal compared to anything else.
