RXO Delivery Refused to Assemble my Peloton Tread

As the title says, RXO delivery refused to assemble my tread that I have been waiting on for over a month. Delivery and Setup are included in the purchase. Has anyone else encountered this and if so, how did Peloton make it right?

I'm planning to assemble it myself at this point, but it's a huge frustration to have assembly included in the high cost.
