What is your biggest ling term gamble?

What are some of your long term holds that are juat waiting to explode? SLS for me. Company has positive interm phase 3 trial for leukemia vaccine that extends life extendency by 2x. They are about mid way done with phase 3. Should know by the summer. Today their 2nd drug got positive phase 2 trial data. What are yours? Give us some good recommendations.

Update: thanks for all the recommendations. A few are ridiculous. Need to balance out all the pnds seen in the chat.
